Delices and Gourmandises : the chocolate cake of in three versions
The basic is a classical dough cake. For 3 servings, you will need:
- 5 g salted butter,
- 50 g sugar,
- 1 egg,
- 70 g flour,
- Powdered chocolate and dark chocolate chips,
- ½ packet of yeast,
- 30 g milk,
- Lemon extract and zest (for the lemon variant).
Prepare the dough by beating the butter with the sugar. Beat the egg like an omelette and add it to the mixture. Pour the flour, baking powder into and the milk.
For the one with chocolate chips, add the chocolate chips in the preparation and pour into a buttered pan.
For the marble cake, halve the dough and mix some chocolate powder in one half. Then gently mix the two and pour the mixture into a butter-coated mold.
For the lemon flavored cake, mix some chocolate powder with the flour and pour 5cl lemon extract and zest into the dough before putting everything into the mold that you have already taken care to butter.
